The NIHSS organised a blood drive on Friday, 3rd October, to commemorate World Heart Day, celebrated on 29th September 2025.
Learners and staff donated blood, recognising that a healthy heart depends on blood to function, and a stable blood supply is vital for saving lives and treating heart conditions. Donating blood on World Heart Day is a direct way to support cardiovascular health, as it helps ensure blood availability for those in need.
