On Friday, 24th October, NIHSS staff and learners came together in a show of solidarity by wearing pink, demonstrating their support for cancer awareness. The act of wearing pink served as a visible reminder of the importance of raising awareness about cancer.
Throughout the day, staff and learners took time to reflect on the experiences of cancer survivors, current patients, and those who have lost their lives to cancer and wrote messages of hope, love, encouragement, and faith. These heartfelt notes aimed to uplift those affected by cancer and to inspire continued support and awareness in the fight against the disease.
